Patty Dawson

Patty Dawson, MSHRM, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Partner at NorthBay Healthcare since 2008, following a role as a Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Patty worked as a Personnel Analyst for the City of Dixon from 2004 to 2007. Patty holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California State University-Sacramento.
