Rebecca Oetzman

Rebecca Oetzman, CHFP, MSA, MHA is currently serving as an Accounting Manager at NorthBay Health since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Mile Bluff Medical Center, including Chief Financial Officer, Director Of Accounting, and Financial Analyst. With experience in month end JE's and reconciliations, fiscal year budgets, payroll processing, and cash reconciliation, Rebecca also worked as an Accountant at Ho-Chunk Nation. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University, a Master's degree in Accounting from Liberty University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Viterbo University. Rebecca's educational journey started at Hillsboro High School.
