Tina Jackson

Tina Jackson, M.A., PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a long tenure at NorthBay Health, where roles have included Director of Human Resources, HR Services Manager, and Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment and onboarding functions. In addition to their work at NorthBay Health since July 1991, Tina co-owns and operates Jackson Rentals, founded in September 2013. Tina's prior experience includes serving as HR Director at Big Valley Mortgage, a branch of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, from July 1999 to February 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from HAC.
