Traci (Hoiting) Duncan is an accomplished nursing leader with extensive experience in healthcare administration. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at NorthBay Healthcare since October 2015, Traci has previously held the position of Associate Chief Nursing Officer at UCSF Medical Center from October 2009 to August 2015, and Chief Nursing Officer at Swedish from August 2006 to February 2009.
