John is responsible for leading the strategic growth of NorthBay Solutions. Amongst various executive and senior positions with a diverse set of Information Technology firms such Burroughs/Unisys, General Electric, and Delphi Technology, John previously led professional services divisions ranging from $150 million to $245 million at Capgemini and Keane (now NTT Data). John has extensive experience with on shore/off shore/near shore delivery models including Pakistan, India, China and Canada.
