Lori McDougall

Lori McDougall has extensive experience in the financial and corporate sectors, with a background in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently holding the position of Chief People & Strategy Officer at Northbridge Financial Corporation, Lori oversees key areas such as customer experience, innovation, human resources, and risk services. Prior to this role, Lori served as the Chief Financial Officer at Markel Insurance Company of Canada and held various positions at PwC. Lori holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
