Chad Driscoll, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and auditing, beginning as a Senior Associate at Sullivan Bille Group from September 1999 to November 2002. Following this, Chad served in various Senior Auditor roles at Reznick Group (November 2002 - October 2004), Braver PC (October 2006 - August 2007), and Brown & Brown (July 2005 - October 2006). Chad transitioned to portfolio accounting as the Manager at Colony Realty Partners from August 2007 to December 2014. Subsequently, Chad held the position of Controller of Property Accounting at Colony Capital from December 2014 until September 2017, and then became Portfolio Controller at KS Partners (September 2017 - April 2025). Currently, Chad serves as VP of Accounting at NorthBridge Partners since May 2025. Educationally, Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College, attending from 1994 to 1999.
