Jeffrey Sullivan

Jeffrey Sullivan is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as Managing Director at NorthBridge Partners since August 2022, Jeffrey previously held the role of Managing Principal at Powderhouse Advisors from January 2020 to August 2022. Their career also includes significant positions such as Vice President of Acquisitions at Broe Real Estate Group, AVP - Investment Officer and Director of Acquisitions at Equity Residential, and Development & Acquisitions Analyst at JPI Companies. Jeffrey began their career at JLL as a Property Management Associate. Educationally, Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Babson College, where formal studies took place from 2001 to 2005, following attendance at Lawrence Academy.
