Karen Anderson

Karen Anderson has diverse experience in education and writing, serving as a Substitute Teacher for Northbrook School District 28 since November 2022 and previously as a Student Library Assistant from October 2021 to November 2022. In addition, Karen worked as a Freelance Writer for the Chicago Tribune Media Group from January 2007 to June 2022, contributing to the Op Ed, Magazine, and Travel sections. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Northwestern University and a Graduate level Creative Writing Certificate with a concentration in Novel Writing from the University of Chicago.
