Mervat Berry, CCIM, serves as the Vice President of Investment Sales at Golden Lion Capital and Northcap. With a strong background in investment sales for multifamily, retail, office, industrial properties, and leasing, Mervat has built a diverse career in real estate. Previous experience includes advising roles at MDL Group, and as a commercial real estate agent at eXp Realty, where expertise in loan analysis and property valuation was applied. Mervat's entrepreneurial ventures include being the owner of Sunkissed Tanning & Boutique, which served high-profile clients in the bodybuilding community, and co-founding Verxatile, a technology solutions firm. Earlier positions include event production and business development with Industry PM and Red Carpet VIP. Mervat is an alumnus of Wayne State University.
