Northcott
David Long is an experienced professional in the field of people and culture, currently serving as the General Manager People & Culture at Northcott Disability Services since November 2012. Prior to this role, David held positions as Employment Relations Manager at St Vincents & Mater Health Sydney from October 2001 to November 2012, and Employee Relations Manager at TAB Limited from September 1993 to October 2001. David's career began at the Roads & Traffic Authority as an Industrial Officer from 1989 to 1993, followed by a similar role at the Public Service Board of NSW from 1984 to 1989. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Relations from the University of New South Wales and is an alumnus of Sydney Boys' High.
