Tom Richards

Tom Richards boasts extensive experience in enterprise systems and IBM infrastructure solutions, currently serving as Presales Principal at Northdoor plc since April 2014. In this role, Tom supports the sales team by identifying and designing technical solutions and fostering long-term client relationships. Prior to this, as Product Manager for IBM Power Systems at APSU Limited, Tom shaped managed services offerings and developed technical architectures. Earlier experience as Product Manager and Technical Architect at Apex Computers International involved strategic consultancy and leading architectural projects for major clients such as HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland International. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and e-Business from Loughborough University.
