Sal Palermo

Sal Palermo has been working in the field of human services since 1998. They started as a Respite Provider at Riverside Community Care and later transitioned to a similar role at EMARC in 2010. In 2011, Sal Palermo became a Lead Job Developer at Northeast Arc, where they provided supervisory oversight to a team of Job Coaches and conducted intake meetings for job development services. They also facilitated career planning, explored employment leads, and performed advocacy and case management responsibilities. Sal Palermo briefly worked as a Job Developer at the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services from 2016 to 2018.
