SVP, Loan Underwriting at Northeast Bank

Jerry Murphy is the SVP of Loan Underwriting at Northeast Bank. Prior to their current position, Jerry served as the Chief Lending Officer at Admirals Bank from May 2010 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the Bank's commercial mortgage loan portfolio, including management of the Acquisition, Asset Management, Environmental, OREO, Underwriting and Valuation Departments.

From January 1999 to May 2010, Jerry worked as Vice President at Capital Crossing. At Capital Crossing, they analyzed, underwrote and valued commercial loans (real estate and C&I) for acquisition as well as managing the origination of new commercial loans.

Before their time at Capital Crossing, Jerry was a Vice President at Boston Capital from January 1998 to December 1999. At Boston Capital, they managed the underwriting of CMBS loans for the firm, which included supervising a staff of six permanent and contract underwriters.

From January 1994 to December 1997, Jerry served as Principal at Realty Capital Advisors. And from January 1986 to December 1993, they were Senior Asset Manager at Copley Real Estate Advisors.

Jerry's career in commercial real estate began at John Hancock Financial Services where they worked as a Commerical Real Estate Investment Officer / Asset Manager from January 1980 to December 1985.

Jerry Murphy received a BS in Accounting from Bentley University. Jerry also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Jerry Murphy attended Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School.
