Board

Board has been with Northeast Credit Union since June 2007, and is currently the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Board was with Partners Federal Credit Union from July 2004 to June 2007 as the Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer. Board was responsible for an ever-evolving value proposition that is relevant to over 135,000 Cast Members employed by The Walt Disney Company. Board was also in charge of designing and executing the credit union’s strategic plan through its nearly 500 employees located in Burbank and Anaheim, California and Orlando, Florida. Ensuring the profitable growth and protection of the credit union’s assets was another one of Board's many responsibilities.

Before Partners Federal Credit Union, Board worked for Citi as the Vice President of Customer Service from January 1996 to December 2004. In this role, Board was in charge of strategic planning, development, staffing, management and financial performance of all customer-facing channels for $8B business unit within Citigroup serving international customers in South America and Asia.

Board's previous experience also includes working as a Senior Quality Manager for Capital One Financial from January 1996 to December 2004.

Board earned a BA in English from the University of South Florida and then went on to get their MBA in finance and strategy from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. They also have executive education in information technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and change management from University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Lastly, they have a project management certification from The George Washington University and a leadership certification from the Center for Creative Leadership.
