Ryan Grace

Ryan Grace is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in brand management and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Lighthouse Credit Union since February 2023, Ryan is part of the executive leadership team focused on building a world-class marketing team. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Brand Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where responsibilities included growing household penetration and launching impactful national advertising campaigns. At Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc., Ryan led the flagship LINDOR brand to significant growth while managing a $300 million portfolio. Additional experience includes roles at Mars and SC Johnson, where Ryan developed data-driven strategies and led cross-functional teams to drive brand success. A former Captain in Military Intelligence for the US Army and an alumnus of Duke University and Phillips Exeter Academy, Ryan combines leadership and analytical expertise in the marketing domain.
