Tom Mersereau is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT service management and delivery. Currently serving as the Director of IT Service & Delivery at Lighthouse Credit Union since June 2020, Mersereau previously held positions including Helpdesk Manager at J.Jill, IT Coordinator at Pelham School District, and Manager of System Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, where significant projects such as VMware server consolidation and Microsoft migrations were managed.
