Cathy Frankel has a wealth of experience in customer service and leadership roles, spanning across various organizations. Currently serving as Treasurer and Board Member at ExcellenceNorth Alliance, Cathy also works as a Customer Service Manager at Northeast Delta Dental. Cathy was previously involved with Toastmasters International as a Toastmaster District # 45, and also participated in Leadership Greater Concord. With a Bachelor's of Science in Community Health Education from Springfield College, Cathy has a strong background in managing customer service operations and training staff.
