Melissa O'Donnell has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Melissa started their career in 1999 at Women & Infants Hospital, where they served as the Director of Patient Experience for over two decades until January 2022. Following that, Melissa joined Northeast Family Services in December 2022 as the Senior Vice President. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at Northeast Family Services throughout 2022.
Melissa O'Donnell earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Providence College, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. Later on, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree specializing in Clinical and Administrative Social Work at Rhode Island College, completing their studies in 1999.
