Lea Blatt, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in IT project management and compliance across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving at Northeast Georgia Health System since December 2019, Lea has previously held key roles, including Manager of Procure to Pay at Turner Broadcasting System, where successful implementation of electronic invoicing saved significant costs. At Compass Group USA, Lea managed a team to ensure adherence to Payment Card Industry compliance, while also leading IT projects focused on point of sale systems. Experience at Seton Healthcare Family involved strategic oversight of a $2.8 million joint venture product launch. Lea's background is enriched with roles at Nordic Consulting Partners, Accruent, and Epic, showcasing strong capabilities in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational efficiency.
