Martha Moore, MLS, PMP®, currently serves as a Medical Technologist at Northeast Georgia Health System, where responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance and training new team members on laboratory best practices. Previously, at Capstone Healthcare, Martha acted as a Quality Assurance Project Manager, implementing an electronic quality management system that enhanced staff competency tracking and improved audit readiness. Additionally, during a decade at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Martha utilized laboratory information systems to optimize data accessibility and applied Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency in healthcare delivery. Martha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
