Megan McAllister

Megan McAllister, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Megan began their career in 2006 at Target, where they served as a Staffing Specialist, Sr. Staffing Specialist, and Associate Recruiter. In 2009, they transitioned to Northeast Metro 916 Intermediate School District, where they held various roles including Staffing Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources.

Megan McAllister, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Megan completed their studies at the university from 2002 to 2006.
