Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency Inc. is responsible for strategic planning and decision-making to enhance community services across the eleven-county area. This team, comprised of executive leadership including the Executive Director & CEO and Chief Financial Officer, collaborates to ensure effective program implementation, financial sustainability, and alignment with the agency’s mission to serve vulnerable populations through various initiatives such as Head Start, food assistance programs, and volunteer services.
