Nadara Cole

Nadara Cole is currently the VP of Workforce Development at Northeast Mississippi Community College. Nadara has always been interested in helping others and developing their own skills. Nadara started their career as a Training Manager at Wal-Mart Distribution from January 1994 to December 1998. After that, they decided to join the United States Air Force from January 1990 to December 1994 as a Senior Airman. Lastly, before joining Northeast Mississippi Community College, Nadara worked as a Conservation Officer at the Mississippi Department of Wildlife Conservation from January 1986 to December 1990. Nadara Cole is an excellent example of someone who is dedicated to their career and continuously works to improve herself and those around her.

Nadara Cole has a Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Mississippi, a Master of Business Administration from Delta State University, and an Associate of Arts from Northeast Mississippi Community College.

Nadara Cole reports to Ricky Ford, President. Nadara Cole works with Will Kollmeyer - VP, Marketing & Community Relations, D. Patrick Eaton - VP, Institutional Advancement, and Michelle Baragona - VP, Instruction.
