Charae Wagner

ChaRae Wagner, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare and retail industries. ChaRae began their career in 2008 as a Store Manager at Claire's Accessories and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Best Buy Homecare. In 2011, they became the Director of Business Office at Complete Family Medicine, LLC, where they served until 2016. In the same year, they joined Community Health Systems as a Clinic Manager for a brief period. Currently, they are working at Northeast Missouri Health Council, where they started as an HR Manager in 2016 and has recently been promoted to Director of Human Resources.

ChaRae Wagner, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. ChaRae has also obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in May 2022, as well as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
