Aili Monahan

Aili Monahan currently serves as the Director of the Pro Bono Partnerships Project at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, where responsibilities include enhancing private legal bar involvement in supporting low-income residents through recruiting programs and outreach strategies. Previously, Aili operated a solo law practice focused on appellate litigation for multi-state insurance companies and worked as an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP, managing various commercial litigations. Aili's experience also includes serving as a Case Supervisor for Hudson County CASA, overseeing advocates for children in foster care, and holding judicial clerkships in New Jersey's Superior Court system. Aili holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and an A.B. in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
