David Fiffick

David Fiffick is currently working as an HR Manager in Employee & Labor Relations at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Previously, David held leadership roles in HR operations and compliance at Wingspan Care Group, where David managed various HR functions including legal compliance, benefits administration, and recruitment guidance. With a background in law, David has also worked as an Associate Attorney at various law firms, where David advised clients on employment and civil litigation matters. David holds a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.A. in History/Communication from Denison University.
