Heather Davis

Heather Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process analysis and operational oversight. Currently serving as a Process Analyst at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since August 2006, Heather evaluates risks and ensures compliance with contract standards and District policies for Engineering and Construction projects. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Charter One Bank from 1999 to 2006 as a Work Flow Coordinator, managing daily operations in the Records and Research department and coordinating special projects for conversions and takeovers. Academically, Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, respectively.
