James Santiago Sr.

James Santiago Sr. has extensive experience in the field of maintenance management, having served as the Maintenance Manager Mechanical at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from April 1989 until retirement in January 2023. James pursued higher education at Lorain County Community College between 2002 and 2004 and completed secondary education at Lincoln West High School from 1985 to 1987.
