Robin Halperin

Robin Halperin serves as the Deputy Director at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since April 2008, previously holding the position of Manager of Regulatory Compliance. Prior to this role, Robin Halperin worked at the Cleveland Division of Water from June 1998 to April 2008 as Regulatory Compliance Manager.
