Sharon Smith

Sharon Smith, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned Human Resource Manager who has directed and managed training initiatives across various organizations, including Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, TCP Lighting, and Allstate. Sharon is a strategic leader focused on driving best practices to ensure organizational workforce sustainability and competency development. In addition to their role in HR, Sharon has also provided instruction for SHRM certification preparation courses as a Kent State University Instructor. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Malone University.
