Richard Palmer

Richard Palmer, PE, DBIA, serves as Vice President of Trenchless at Northeast Remsco Construction since December 1992, overseeing trenchless operations, including estimating, equipment procurement, and project execution, while also promoting underground construction education through writing and speaking engagements. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager/Engineer at Hess Brothers, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing heavy/highway construction projects and supporting engineering efforts, and as Assistant Engineer with the NJ Department of Transportation, enforcing contract specifications for various infrastructure projects. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Rider University.
