Lisa Heroff

Lisa Heroff began her career with Northeast Residence, Inc. in 1996 part-time. As the company grew she held each position in the Financial Department gaining valuable accounting experience and earning the promotion to Director of Finance in 2008.

Her responsibilities include supervising, assessing and supporting the accounting staff. She is responsible for the final preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements. Lisa prepares individuals supported budgets while working with Counties, Social Security, and families to maintain individuals supported financials. With knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, Lisa is responsible to prepare and distribute a multi-account budget of approximately $10.5 million.
