Tanner Acebo

Media Marketing & Operations Coordinator at Northeast Sports Network

Tanner Acebo has a long and varied work experience. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Play-by-Play Announcer for the Vermont Mountaineers. In 2007, they were a High School Intern for ESPN Radio 1240 AM. From 2010 to 2013, they worked for the Northeast Sports Network as a Media Marketing & Operations Coordinator and On Air Talent, providing play-by-play voice for Norwich University Women's Ice Hockey and various high school broadcasts, as well as contributing color commentary for NSN and FASTHOCKEY. In 2011, they were a Tour Guide for Ben and Jerry's and a Color Commentator for WDEV Radio's coverage of Norwich University's Men's Ice Hockey team. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Sports Correspondent for the Barre-Montpelier Times Argus, compiling the daily sports roundup, writing select articles, and managing and compiling game schedules. Tanner also worked for Norwich University as an Athletic Communications Multimedia Specialist from 2013 to 2016, serving as the media contact for Men's and Women's Cross Country, Swimming and Diving and Baseball teams, producing video content and graphic design elements, and directing and leading play-by-play commentary for the Norwich Broadcast Network. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, they were a Producer/Co-Host for WTSL Radio, producing The Brett Franklin Show and serving as a co-host and call screener.

Tanner Acebo graduated from Spaulding High School in 2008 with a Diploma.
