Laura Smith

Laura Smith has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Laura most recently worked as the Human Resources Director at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital since June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist at Spectrum Health Companies from August 2015 to May 2017. Laura also served as the Human Resources Personnel Manager at Fortune Bay Resort Casino from July 2011 to August 2015, where they were responsible for team member engagement, retention programs, and handling disputes. Before that, they held the position of Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant at Fortune Bay Resort Casino from October 2007 to July 2011. Laura's career in human resources began as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where they worked from October 2002 to September 2007.
