Armando Cortez, MBA, MS, serves as a part-time lecturer for "Introduction to Health Informatics" at Northeastern University while simultaneously fulfilling the role of Chief Information Officer at Harbor Health Services, Inc. With a progressive career spanning over two decades, Armando Cortez has held various leadership positions in health IT, including roles at UT Health San Antonio, Pfizer, Mass General Brigham, AllWays Health Partners, and Boston Medical Center. Educationally, Armando Cortez earned a Master’s degree in Health Informatics and an MBA with a specialization in High Tech from Northeastern University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Military experience includes service as a Sergeant in the US Army Reserve.
