Girlie Delacruz currently serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Teaching and Learning at Northeastern University since June 2021. Prior to this role, Girlie held positions at LRNG powered by SNHU, including Chief Learning Officer and Director of Learning and Assessment from November 2018 to May 2021, and served as Senior Research Associate at LRNG from February 2016 to November 2018. Girlie Delacruz's extensive experience spans over 14 years at the CRESST National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing as a Senior Research Scientist, contributing to various research studies, data analyses, and the development of educational products. Additional research roles include leading assessments for young children at the Semiotic Pivots and Activity Spaces for Elementary Sciences project, assisting in mathematical research at LessonLab, Inc., and contributing to the Gelman Cognitive Development Lab. Girlie holds a PhD in Psychological Studies in Education and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
