Grace st. George

Grace St. George serves as the Entrepreneurship Program Manager for the Founder Residency at Northeastern University, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Grace founded Mira Eco-Wear, a start-up focused on sustainable, plant-based footwear, holding the position of Head of Product Innovation from September 2018 to September 2023. During this time, Grace ensured that manufacturing partners adhered to ESG standards through detailed Social Compliance audits. In early 2022, Grace was recognized as a Next Collective Fellow by Everlane, receiving grant funding to further initiatives aimed at reducing virgin plastic in the fashion industry. Earlier academic pursuits included a Pioneer Scholarship at Principia College, leading to research on mass apparel production's social impacts in Ethiopia. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Entrepreneurship from Principia College.
