Heather Carpenter-Oliveira

Heather Carpenter-Oliveira serves as the Sr. Associate Director and Senior Cooperative Education Coordinator for the College of Engineering at Northeastern University since December 2013, where responsibilities include building employer relationships for co-op placements, preparing students for their job search, and teaching professional development courses. Additionally, Heather was a co-leader and facilitator for the LEAD360 Women's Leadership Group, enhancing women's professional development in 2014. Past experience includes roles as Past President and Board member of the Career Counselor's Consortium, faculty member at Fisher College, and Workforce Development Coordinator at Crittenton Women's Union. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Law, Policy, and Society, is ABD for a Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from Northeastern University, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Providence College.
