Ian Parks

Ian Parks is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Capital Projects at Northeastern University, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ian was a Program Director at The LiRo Group from February 2024 to August 2025 and held various positions at Hill International, Inc. from March 2012 to August 2025, including Program Director, Project Director, Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Resident Engineer. Earlier experience includes a brief role as a Construction Operations Consultant at WeWork in 2011, a Project Manager at The Gordian Group from June 2006 to February 2010, and a Leadership Consultant at Phi Gamma Delta from July 2004 to May 2006. Ian began a career in the construction industry as a CO-OP Technician/Assistant Field Engineer at ARCADIS between May 2000 and August 2003. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Akron, earned between 1999 and 2004.
