Kacey Dukaj

Kacey Dukaj has extensive experience in educational program management and leadership, having served as the Senior Associate Director for Pre-College Programs at Northeastern University from January 2020 to November 2023, and as the Associate Director for Pre-College Programs prior to that. Currently, Kacey holds the position of Senior Assistant Director at the Association for Pre-College Program Directors and has been an Advisory Board Chair at The School of The New York Times from January 2017 to December 2020. Additional roles include Associate Director and Senior Program Manager at Grace Church School, as well as various coaching and administrative positions at New York University, including Acting Head Women's Swimming Coach. Kacey holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communications from New York University.
