Dr. Kristen Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and mental health. Serving as Lead Faculty in Behavioral Sciences at Northeastern University since April 2009, Dr. Lee has excelled in leadership, curriculum development, and global experiential learning initiatives. In addition, Dr. Lee has been a best-selling, award-winning keynote speaker and author since 2000, engaging diverse audiences including institutions like Harvard Medical School and Snapchat. With a background as a psychotherapist and clinical instructor, Dr. Lee has provided vital mental health support across various outpatient settings and contributed to alternative licensure programs while teaching at UMASS Dartmouth. Dr. Lee holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University and a Master of Social Work from Boston University.
