Liz Kohler currently serves as the Managing Director of Strategy, Operations & Growth at The Roux Institute at Northeastern University, with a tenure that began in June 2020. Over the years at The Roux Institute, Liz has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Partnerships and Senior Director of Partnerships. Prior to this, Liz spent seven years at Relay Graduate School of Education, advancing from Lead Planner in the Mid-Atlantic Region to Managing Director of Strategy & Operations. Earlier experiences include positions as Special Projects Manager at Mastery Charter Schools, Special Projects Coordinator at Foundations, Inc., District Representative in the U.S. House of Representatives, and a Teach For America Corps member teaching United States History. Liz's educational background includes a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Affairs from Cornell University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in History from Goucher College.
