Michele Grazulis

Michele Grazulis is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Northeastern University since September 2020, Michele previously held significant positions at Rochester Regional Health, including President and Executive Director of Foundations, as well as Senior Vice President of Talent Management. Prior roles also include Vice President and Senior Director of Human Resources at Unity Health System and a long tenure at Xerox spanning over two decades in sales, sales management, and human resources. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Siena College, obtained in 1990.
