Pabitra Chowdhury

Pabitra Chowdhury is a skilled research professional with a strong background in economics, currently serving as a Research Analyst in the Development Strategies & Governance Unit at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) since November 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Associate at Azim Premji University and as a consultant at the University of Konstanz, along with positions at the Paris School of Economics and the Accountability Initiative. Pabitra completed a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Jadavpur University, and began academic studies at Gobardanga Khantura High School.
