Shikha Zaveri

Shikha Zaveri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee experience management. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience Operations at Northeastern University since October 2022, Shikha has previously held key roles including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at New England Conservatory of Music from September 2019 to September 2022, and Human Resources Operations Coordinator at Vinfen from December 2017 to September 2019. Shikha began a career in human resources as an HR Trainee at A.T.E. Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. in 2010 and has worked in various HR positions, enhancing expertise in areas such as recruitment and employee training. Shikha holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Centennial College, a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mithibai College.
