Tina Karunaratne

Tina Weldt Karunaratne is an accomplished leader in the biopharma industry with extensive experience in clinical operations and project management. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Karuna Integrated Clinical Services since April 2023, Tina leads a woman-led organization with over 100 years of collective expertise in clinical research. Additionally, Tina serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Northeastern University, teaching a graduate-level biotech course. Previous roles include Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Operations at Orum Therapeutics and Head of Clinical Operations at EUSA Pharma, where Tina directed multi-million dollar budgets and coordinated cross-functional project teams. Tina holds an LP.D in Law and Policy, an MS in Regulatory Affairs, and a BS in Healthcare Administration & Sociology, complemented by certifications in project management and real estate. Moreover, Tina actively participates on boards, including Children Across America and DOVE, Inc.
