Cory Otto

Cory Otto is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering management and a focus on talent development, metrology, and quality improvement. As a Program Manager at Boston Scientific since June 2008, Cory leads the GROW talent development program and coordinates a global Community of Practice, while also guiding team members in career development. Previous roles include Metrology Manager at Boston Scientific, where Cory oversaw departmental operations and led projects that generated significant financial improvements. Cory has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Cloud State University, teaching various engineering management courses. Prior experience includes roles at 3M and BAE Systems, where Cory honed expertise in calibration, quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
