Rachel Poynter has extensive experience in the transportation and hospitality sectors, holding various managerial roles from 2001 to the present. Currently, Rachel serves as the Assistant Station Development Manager and has also held the positions of Regional Improvement Support Manager and Station Manager at Northern since October 2014. Prior to joining Northern, Rachel worked at First TransPennine Express for nearly nine years, where roles included Station Manager and Station Team Leader. Earlier experience includes HR & Training Coordinator at Radisson SAS Hotel and Customer Service Agent at British Airways. Rachel possesses a Graduate Certificate in Management from The University of Salford.
