Chandrasekhar NTP has a diverse work experience in the field of credit risk and monitoring. Chandrasekhar started their career at Barclays Investments & Loans, India in 2008 as an Assistant Manager - Credit. Chandrasekhar then joined Srei in 2011 where they worked as a Manager - Credit for two years. In 2013, they moved to Axis Bank and held the position of Manager - Credit and later became an Area Manager - Credit. Since 2016, Chandrasekhar has been associated with Northern Arc Capital, where they initially worked as a Senior Associate - Credit Risk & Monitoring. Chandrasekhar has since been promoted to the positions of Associate Vice President and currently serves as the Associate Director - Credit Risk & Monitoring.

Chandrasekhar NTP completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Institute Of Public Enterprise from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) from 2001 to 2005.
